We are the hot tub water care specialists. We’ve been providing customers all they need for their hot tubs, since 1978. Our formulations have been tried and proven over many years, and will give you the hot tubbing enjoyment you are looking for.

These products are specially designed to work together to be simple and easy to use. Several different systems give you choice with your water care. We want your hot tub to be your personal center for relaxation and rejuvenation, a friendly place where friends and family can gather. Not an item that requires a lot of maintenance. From our Care Free system to our ClearTech UV Water Care system, Beachcomber offers you options for clear, clean water.

Beachcomber Water Care Products

Our products are conveniently color coded for you to more easily identify them. They are in 4 categories: Treatment, Balancing, Conditioning and Care.

Treatment

Treatment products, commonly known as sanitizers, eliminate impurities, viruses, bacteria and organisms to keep the water in your hot tub fresh and clear. These are the products you use to ‘shock’ the hot tub water. Government agencies require a specific level of sanitizer in your water.

Bromate


A granular, dual-purpose, non-chlorine oxidizer. Bromate facilitates the release of available Bromine sanitizer when mixed with hot tub water containing Bromide. Bromine kills and controls bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Bromide


A liquid solution that stays in the water; now the regular addition of Bromate will release Bromine sanitizer into the water. Bromide by itself has no sanitizing properties. It is only when Bromate is added that an effective Bromine sanitizer is created.

Bromo Blast


A granular Bromine sanitizing program for daily and weekly shock treatment to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water (not yet available in the USA).

Bromine Disc


A slow dissolving Bromine sanitizing puck used to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Care Free Boost


A granular chlorine formula that works with in conjunction with ‘Care-Free’ to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Clean ‘n Clear


This granular chlorine based formula is designed as a standalone periodic shock when needed. It has extra clarifiying properties and can be used with a chlorine or bromine water care program.

Mini Disc


A fast dissolving, stabilized chlorinating disc to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Lithchlor


A granular, Lithium based shock treatment and sanitizer for hot tubs to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Chlor Blast


A granular, chlorine based algaecide and disinfectant to kill and control bacteria and algae in hot tub water.

Balancing

Keeping your water ‘in balance’ means keeping the minerals in your water in a neutral state. Water can become aggressive if it is out of balance, causing corrosion or scale. With these products, we keep the water balanced and friendly to the bather and the equipment.

pH Plus


Increases the pH level of your hot tub water to prevent corrosion and bather irritation.

pH Minus


Decreases the pH and / or total alkalinity level of your hot tub water to prevent corrosion and bather irritation.

Resist


A granular product that increases the total alkalinity of hot tub water, to prevent ‘pH bounce’.

Protect


A granular product that increases the Calcium Hardness of hot tub water, to prevent water from becoming corrosive to hot tub equipment.

Soft


A granular product that enhances bather comfort, reduces calcium buildup and protects against pH bounce. Soft promotes a more stable, balanced water environment and ‘softens’ water to the touch for a more pleasing hot tub soak.

Conditioning

Conditioning your hot tub water makes your water more enjoyable for bathers. These products both safeguard your hot tub from corrosion caused by minerals and metals, and keep your water sparkling to ensure long-lasting performance and enjoyment.

Care Free


Designed to work in conjunction with Care Free Boost, Care Free is the once-a-week solution that cleans, conditions and clarifies your hot tub water. It’s a special aid to your filtration system, helping the Microfilter to catch more contaminants and debris. Care Free also promotes a more stable water balance.

Eliminate #1, Eliminate Plus #2 and Purezyme #3


This package of three products are separate, but work as a team during startup and then on to easy weekly procedures. Here’s what they do: Eliminate #1 is used at startup to prevent staining in your hot tub from iron, copper and other metals that may be present. Eliminate Plus #2 is used in weekly doses, and inhibits staining and calcium scale buildup. The Eliminates are amazing products that ensure clear water by literally coating the minerals to keep them floating in solution. Then Purezyme #3, the third step in the process. Purezyme is a wonder product – an all natural enzyme that is formulated to eliminate scum, improve water clarity, assist your Microfilter, and reduce odors.

Pure Blue


This is a highly concentrated liquid clarifier, formulated to clear cloudy hot tub water and restore its natural sparkle. It is designed to agglomerate and coagulate suspended micro-particles to form masses large enough to be removed by your filter.

Care

We want your hot tub experience to be the very best. And to do that, we have some highly concentrated products that allow you to enhance your hot tub to keep its appearance beautiful for years to come.

Tub Clean


A liquid citrus based cleaner to remove scum line or grease buildup at the water line and all hot tub surfaces. Avoid coming in contact with the hot tub water to prevent foam.

Foam Free


A liquid rapid de-foamer designed to eliminate sudsing in hot tubs.

Filter Cure and Filter Pure


These products are used to clean and soak your Microfilter. Alternate each month between the two, this completes the cleaning process; Cure is an acidic cleaner to remove metals and minerals, and Pure is an alkaline cleaner to remove organic matter. DO NOT MIX THESE TWO CLEANERS.

Cover All


A liquid conditioner and protectant for your Heatshield Cover. Specially formulated with a UV protectant to keep your Heatshield cover looking great.

Neutr-All and Deep Clean 5


This pair of products assists you in cleaning your hot tub internals before draining. Neutr-All disables any active sanitizer that may be present, to safely drain on the grass. Deep Clean 5 removes any sludge or calcium buildup in the pipes, to be safely drained away.
